GENDER EQUALITY
Gender Equality Movemt
"Gender equality is a human right, but our world faces a persistent gap in access to opportunities and decision-making power for women and men." We need to normalize gender equality because we have the right to, also women's health and safety is another important area. So we need to be careful with our words and speaking to all of the people who encountered bullying with it. This can be related to women having fewer opportunities for health education, unequal power in sexual partnership, or as a result of gender-based violence. Guaranteeing the rights of women and giving them opportunities to reach their full potential is critical not only for attaining gender equality, but also for meeting a wide range of international development goals. Every individual of the society yearns for equal status, opportunity, and rights. Gender equality prevents violence against women and girls. It's essential for economic prosperity. Societies that value women and men as equal are safer and healthier. Gender equality, also called gender egalitarianism, sex equality, or sexual equality, condition of parity regardless of an individual's gender. Gender equality addresses the tendency to ascribe, in various settings across societies, different roles and status to individuals on the basis of gender.
Normalizing gender equality is important for example it may imply that women and men should be paid the same for doing the same work or that they should be treated with different medicines and methods in order to make healthcare equal. We need to identify & prevent unconscious bias first before we communicate to people. We all have unconscious biases, it means its often defined as prejudice or unsupported judgments in favor of or against one thing, person, or group as compared to another, in a way that is usually considered unfair. By normalizing them and respect them we always need to mind our language, get advice if needed, put equality policies in place its important to do this things to people, men, women and everyone. egal and political advances to ensure gender equality in education find strong obstacles to their implementation in schools in various countries of Latin America and the Caribbean due to cultural barriers, a lack of governmental will and the advance of fundamentalist conservative and religious trends, among other factors of exclusion and inequality that affect girls and women. Many girls and women are discriminated against during education in terms of access, permanence, completion, treatment, learning outcomes and career choices, resulting in disadvantages that go beyond schooling and the school environment. And we need to stop that, before it damages everyone. We need gender equality urgently. Gender equality prevents violence against women and girls. It’s essential for economic prosperity. Societies that value women and men as equal are safer and healthier. Gender equality is a human right. Everyone benefits from gender equality
